The conveyor illustrated was designed to 'link together' process machinery in a bakery and was fitted with small diameter end transfer rollers to provide the best product support in those areas.

Some of the features included:

  • 'Lift up' end assembly for quick belt de-tensioning.
  • Combined drive & tension unit for a fixed length conveyor.
  • Full mesh underguarding.

Up and over bakery conveyor

Another link conveyor in a bakery, this time to provide an 'either/ or' function, which allows the operators to bring product down one of two lines.

Some of the features include.

  • 'Lift up' end assembly, without the need to detension the belt.
  • Small diameter nose rollers allow product to transfer without tipping.

This freezer infeed conveyor was designed to allow multiple small diameter 'butter pats' to be deposited/ formed on the belt and then transfered on to freezer on a regular index.

Some of the features include:

  • Fully adjustable heavy duty bed section under depositing area.
  • Tight 'bull nose' end transfer to allow product to peel off onto the freezer.
  • Combined drive & tension unit for fixed length conveyor.
  • Belt scraper and catch tray.

Heavy duty for the rail industry
